39bdt Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and 39bdt ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the 39bdt website located at https://39bdt.club and all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered thereon (collectively, the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before registering an account or using any part of the Service. Your access to or use of the Service constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

• Accurate Information

  You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and throughout your use of the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account details current. 39bdt may suspend accounts where provided information is found to be false, incomplete, or misleading.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the Service, you must register a 39bdt account using a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. Your mobile number serves as your primary account identifier and is also used for payment processing via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. During registration, you will be asked to create a password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. 39bdt will never ask you for your password via any communication channel.

You must notify 39bdt customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 39bdt will not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. Identity verification (KYC) will be required before your first withdrawal is processed. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

• Fraudulent Transactions

5. Bonuses and Promotions

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 39bdt platform. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where warranted.

• Fraud & Manipulation

  Any attempt to defraud 39bdt or other users, manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or use automated bots or scripts to interact with the Service is prohibited and constitutes a criminal offence under applicable law.

• Money Laundering

  Using the 39bdt platform to launder money or process the proceeds of criminal activity is strictly prohibited. 39bdt cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory bodies and will report suspicious activity as required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

• Collusion

  Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market is prohibited. This includes chip dumping in live casino games, arbitrage exploitation, and coordinated betting strategies designed to circumvent normal game rules or margin structures.

• Underage Gaming

  Allowing or facilitating access to the Service by any person under the age of 21 is prohibited. Account holders are responsible for ensuring that minors do not access the Service through their device or account credentials.

7. Intellectual Property

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 39bdt, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of business opportunity, even if 39bdt has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

39bdt does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Service. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, system upgrades, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to telecommunications failures, acts of God, or regulatory action. 39bdt's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total value of real-money funds deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Responsible Gaming
